    EXTRAS      

• We will begin taking AR tests, on September 14, 2009.  Our new passwords will soon be in place.   Please  read with your child each evening.  It is helpful to have a little discussion about the book, following the reading time.  If the book is an accelerated reader book, your child may take a test.

• Don't forget to, periodically, check on supplies - pencils, crayons, glue, and flashcards (addition and subtraction).

• Second Graders should practice Math facts, daily, using the study sheet and schedule which were sent home in the packet, on open house night.  Thank you for your help!

•  Family Reading Tree Letter--Please, read every evening, for ten minutes.  Sign and return each slip as that week is completed.
